Please bear in mind that any items from our coffee bean range cannot be returned to us unless it’s been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products. We accept the return of our non-coffee bean products. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging and we reserve the right to withhold any refund at any time. Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer.
