We dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, so you can follow your coffee’s journey right to your door.
Once dispatched, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but tracking will keep you updated.
Yes! Every order is fully tracked. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your coffee has been dispatched.

Please bear in mind that any items from our coffee bean range cannot be returned to us unless it’s been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products.
We accept the return of our non-coffee bean products. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging and we reserve the right to withhold any refund at any time.
Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer.
Yes, because we work with small producers and sustainable growers we are always looking to add the freshest beans to our website. Because of the seasonality of coffee growers we won’t always have the same beans in, so we will rotate out brands and farms depending on season.
Yes. We offer subscriptions which are quick, easy and no faff. You decide how much you want and you will receive a regular order every month.
To maintain maximum freshness we suggest consuming our coffee within 4 months of opening if it is whole beans. If it is ground we suggest a month. All of our bags are re-sealable and are fitted with one way air valves to maintain freshness for longer.
