This beautiful coffee comes from a Co-Op in Ecuador that supports independent farmers and over 200 families from the Intag Valley, a biodiverse mountain region in the Andes, known for its cloud forests and rich ecosystems. 100% organic, sustainable shade-grown arabica coffee is also sourced from the region – part of a community initiative to provide jobs that avoid mining taking over the area.
